The hotel rooms are in terrible condition. The floor carpets are dirty, the bed sheets are dirty (showing stains from past guests), and visible dirt on the room appliances. I felt so bad after checking into my room with my 2 kids and wife. I was hoping for a better experience after a long drive from Houston, for the money paid for our stay. I was hoping to relax, rejuvenate and better prepare for our long drive starting next morning. I wish i could ask for my money back, as it was a very frustrating start of our week long Spring Break.
