It was a hot day when I arrived, the corridors and halls had no air conditioning and smelled of mold, the toilet paper was definitely out of date, the facilities were very antiquated and the pillows were of different sizes! $150 is definitely not worth it! Sanitary conditions are very poor, toilets and baths are not cleaned!

Comfortable Stay and Great Staff!

We had a fantastic stay at which was conveniently located in the heart of Naperville. There were numerous restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a bite to eat whenever we wanted. We also had the convenience of Uber, Lyft, and Doordash to get around. The hotel had a cook to order breakfast service, but we didn’t take advantage of it. The pool and gym were decent-sized, which was a nice touch. However, the only downside was that the cleaning department was only available in the mornings, which was inconvenient for us since we needed to be ready to use the room in the mornings. Having evening service would have been very helpful. The front desk staff was very friendly and responsive. They were always happy to help us with any requests, such as replacing toiletries or towels.

Horrible Smells!!!

I just could not understand why the rooms smell so bad like bad armpits thru out, there is no fridge or microwave in the rooms. You have to request a fridge I did and the food just went bad & did not make it! they need to upgrade their fridge, rooms & service!!!

This hotel was very dirty, sheets had stains, dirt and stickiness on floor and walls in room and bathroom. Pillows were horribly thin. There was no fridge or microwave. It allowed dogs and could hear barking like crazy. Would never stay again.

Great for the price

Love the Hilton brand. The stay was fine. The room was spacious but could use a little refresh. The rest I’m SIOR did not close all the way without shoving it. There was a light not working in the room which wasn’t a big deal. The big deal was the water never got hot enough to take a good shower. Upon check in there was obviously a plumbing issue as it smelled but was under control by day 2 of my stay. I should have checked first but there are no microwaves, refrigerators or bathroom fans. The grounds are beautiful, very well kept. Plenty of parking. Great location. Lobby is nice and clean. Comfy beds. Small tv. Small coffee maker. Plenty of outlets. The staff is friendly. The walls are thin so you can hear every tv, door slam and conversation. Yes I would stay here again. The price was really good. I quietly enjoyed my staycation.

Good and safe location. Rooms are dated, so are the carpets on alley and room. The room I was in seemed like it was not opened from long time, it had a strange odor. Could see dust particles flying around and settling on my stuff. Had to ask front desk few times to get the carpet cleaned. They noted the issues but did not act. No mini refrigerator and microwave in the room. The only microwave is in common area. Coffee Machine had dust inside, did not felt like using it and when asked from desk for hot drinking water, they said coffee machine was the only option. The room thermostat was not working, had to control cooling from air conditioner unit's panel only, both were showing diff temperatures, not sure which one was correct. Phone was not working. To contact front desk either call from cellphone or get down to reception. No hair dryer in room. Housekeeping people were polite.

Nice place

This is a very nice place. You can tell it is older because of the style, but I believe that is why it is a good deal. The gym is nothing to speak of and looks right into the pool area. I only walked in there to look at it. It was clean. The lake is pretty in this pic but isn't what I was envisioning. There is a hwy. right behind it. The staff was great! They switched me from a parking lot view to a lakeside view by request. They were also great with giving us a couple of extra yummy cookies for my man's birthday. ;) I did miss not having a small fridge for leftovers and a microwave. I was happy with my stay and would stay there again, but I would stay there again.
