Bien pour une nuit de passage.

Une petite pousada sympathique pour passer 1 ou 2 nuits de passage. Mais gros problème : le bruit. Dans les couloirs déjà (les portes sont mal isolées) mais surtout l’extérieur qui est extrêmement bruyant (bruits dd voitures, motos, klaxon, cris,…). L’hôtel est très mal isolé, les fenêtres en simple vitrage et dans une zone aussi animée ça ne pardonne pas… D’ailleurs la pousada propose des bouchons d’oreilles gratuits pour le bruit. C’est dommage car le lieux est vraiment sympa. Idéale pour les petits budgets.

Pousada de patrimônio histórico, fachada até que bonitinha, atendimento muito bom, porém desconfortável para ficar na recepção, sofá antigo sem muito conforto, as cadeiras que fica no hall tb não são confortáveis, os quartos tem um mal cheiro que não soube identificar de onde saia se era do ralo do banheiro ou da privada, até a água do chuveiro saia um odor que parecia água de reuso, ar condicionado demora para gelar o quarto, talvez por ser antigo ou falta de manutenção ou equipamento com capacidade baixa para o metro quadrado do quarto, sem falar que quando vc sai do quarto vem um vapor muito quente de todos os equipamentos de ar que fica acumulado no corredor péssimo, café da manhã simples, localização fica perto de comunidades, grande risco de roubo, minha Tia foi roubada na esquina da pousada, levaram o maço de cigarro dela, dai então ficamos com cautela. Fotos do site deve ter tirada na inauguração dela, pois já está bem diferentes dos dias de hoje, o bom é que fica uns 2k da Feirinha Beira Mar, quem tem pique consegue ir andando, e tem várias barraquinhas com comidas, bebidas e sobremesas gostosas.
Prédio vermelho é a pousada.

Gostei muito da minha hospedagem passei três dias e não tenho do que reclamar o quarto é limpo e aconchegante ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente o café da manhã é simples mas com boas opções e saboroso e o melhor de tudo é que a pousada fica perto de tudo: Beira mar mercado farmácia restaurantes e quiosques. adorei pretendo voltar mais vezes!

A localização em relação a praia é boa, bem em frente à praia de Iracema. Roupa de cama ótima, chuveiro muito bom, café da manhã muito bom. Nosso ar condicionado pingou no primeiro dia e depois parou. Sinto que falta algumas manutenções gerais. Mas valeu o custo-beneficio.

O único problema da pousada foi o app hotéis.com que nas fotos do quarto mostrava uma sacada que não era disponível, mesmo pro quarto triplo, que foi o que escolhi. A atendente disse que esta sacada/varanda só é disponível qdo vem específico na reserva; só que não havia está opção para escolha no app, porém havia a foto nos dados do quarto, gerando expectativas frustradas
