Breakfast was most definitely sub-par due to the quality of the eggs. I spoke to several staff members who were visibly unhappy about something according to their responses. I walked out to the pool and counted 10 empty beers cans that were actually IN the pool.

VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION - Beware of this hotel. When we checked in, we were given a key to a room that turned out to be occupied by a homeless man, who came to the door in his underwear. The staff said they had no knowledge of him being in the room but said there was nothing they could do about it. They were not at all surprised, which gave us the impression this is a frequent occurrence. They simply said the rooms "are very easy to break into". The staff said there were no other rooms available for us, and so we had to find a different hotel. Very dangerous. Do not stay here.

We were very pleased with the lighting in the room. Lots of lamps and overhead lights. The bed and pillows and bedding were great. But best of all was breakfast. We were surprised to see bacon and scrambled eggs along with the usual hotel breakfast items. The price was very reasonable. The refrigerator was larger than must hotel refrigerators and had a microwave also. The furniture was not modern but in good condition. We had two night stands which I find uncommon in many hotels. There was no hand lotion but the rest of the usual amenities were in the bathroom. It was a handicap bathroom with a large walk-in shower with a shower chair and several shower heads at different levels. Very impressed with the shower.

Breakfast was nice and fresh, cafe area was exceptionally clean. There were not many guest? The room was clean as were the halls and lobby. Istayed here 3 years ago and the outside was in much better condition. That may be the reason for the low occupancy.It was well worth the79.00 . I did not sleep in the bed so i cannot comment on that. Ibring my own chasis lounge chair fromhome when i travel. It is like sleeping in my recliner at home. No bugs, no lumps,goodnight sleep. If im travelling with my lady ill spend the extra money and get a nice place to bump and grind.

Dingy linen, had to pack luggage up 3 flights elevator was down, toilet ran, couch was stained, cooling system was really loud and clanggy in our room and could hear systems in other rooms, bath tub paint and drain was STAINED. Room had an odor. Coffee was horrible. Breakfast was good and staff was nice.

La zona es buena pero el hotel es muy viejo y con falta de mantenimiento y limpieza tanto en la habitación como en las áreas comunes. Cucharachas muertas en la alfombra de las escaleras y en los pasillos. Desde que llegamos uno de los elevadores no funcionaba y al final de la estancia ya ninguno de los 2 con los que cuenta el hotel. Imaginen bajar todo 6 pisos! Además que se ve poco seguro. El desayuno es básico , si estás más de 2 días al tercer día ya no te funciona. La cafetera de la habitación De igual manera limpian cada tercer día la habitación pero busque toallas limpias una noche y no había disponibles. El personal de recepción poco amable, el día que hicimos check in en lugar de hola me dijo “ID” Definitivamente no es recomendable , reservamos 3 familias con niños y los pasillos olían a marihuana todas las noches.

I checking in and checked a few hours later. The place was run down, out dates, smelled. The pictures on line did not match the photos on hotels.com app. One broken elevator, ceiling texture falling off, everything needed to be painted inside and out. I should have known when I pulled up in the parking lot when I a police tower with cameras was set up in the parking lot this wasn'tthe best place. I told the front desk that I found a better hotel and I was checking, he didn't even offer any type of refund. I will never stay there again and I may start using another hotel search website.

The elevators and the ice machines were broken for one. We had to use the stairs, which was a bit challenging for my daughter who has mobility issues. Also, our room was not clean. There was a tobacco packet stuck to the wall. There was stains on our sink, also cobwebs, etc. our bathroom light was partially out. Really not acceptable. We have used this hotel for years and this was the worst day we have had. We will not be coming back.

The room was clean but the hotel shows its age. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had lots of options. The only issue we had was the highway noise. Our room was on the 7th floor facing the highway. They provided earplugs that should have been the first clue. They did not help. Highway noise pretty much all night. Motorcycles!
