Overall hotel pin is the most relaxed hotel that I really enjoyed my trip to Yilan Jiaoxi. Enjoyed the hot spring very much. Inside the room itself also have own privacy on the hot spring of my own. My kids enjoyed the free games facilities and library area with free making of beads. The breakfast is international buffet stuff so really love the ambience and the super cooling weather. Also love the nearby walking distance to good food and hot drink as well as buying native food

Customer service is excellent, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean. The blankets and pillows are feathers filled so a causing some allergy but I found out when checking out that they could provide anti allergy pillows and blankets which is a good thing.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The location is accessible. About 7-8 mins walk to Jiaoxi bus station, 10 mins walk to the Jiaoxi railway station, plenty of food options nearby. The hot spring park is just around the corner. Couldn’t have asked for a better choice than this! There are many hotel facilities and activities for guests to enjoy throughout their stay. The children absolutely LOVE the games room as well as the playground area at the pool. The whole family enjoyed the afternoon tea time douhua snacks offering at the hotel. We will definitely want to come back to stay at this simple yet clean hotel when we revisit Yilan in future.
