Parking was safe and easy. The room was clean. The bed was very hard. I would wake up due to my hip hurting from the hard mattress. So I slept on my back a lot which is difficult for me. The traffic noise is ridiculously loud. It literally is just outside your door.

The room floor was filthy. Bottle cap, q tips, sticky. Very gross. A/C didn’t work properly. Staff was called because it wasn’t even on when we entered room, but we were able to figure it out. Still didn’t work well.

This place is disgustingly nasty!!! when I arrived at 2 AM one of the first things I find is someone’s mess left over from doing their drugs and pubic hairs all over the sheets. The bathtub had pubic hairs in it. The toilet had urine stain and pubic hairs just so thick I can make it power running my finger over the furniture I was in sent to another room. The sheets were clean however, the cat had sex laying on it the toilet and back to pubic hair again I gave up one to the nearest convenience store, and bought some cleaner with bleach in it. I was exhausted from driving for hours and there was nowhere else to stay that accepted yet Leanne at 9 AM on my day of checkout they’re banging on the door like the police as though they aren’t so much of a hurry to clean my nasty room when I was getting ready to leave I couldn’t find something I dropped and I’m moving the nightstand and then over a little bit just to find condo wrappers dead bugs in a layer of dirt

The first room we were given smelled heavily of smoke - perhaps marijuana. We asked for a replacement room. The second room smelled even more strongly of cigarette smoke. Since there were people smoking on the walkway directly in front of the room doors, perhaps this smoke is making its way in through the vents. Regardless, all our clothes smell of smoke now, and we had to do laundry upon arriving to our final destination.
