Great Hot Springs Resort!!

Stayed in a classic room due to traveling with a pet. Very basic and older. Light shines in from the outside window and doors easily. However, overall an amazing resort with 24hr access for the Springs!! It was amazing!! Will definitely be going back!!!

We loved that they had an adult only section as we were not traveling with children and wanted a quieter atmosphere. Check in was at 4 and we didn’t get a room until 5:30 so that was disappointing. Lots of kids around but it was nice having access to 18+ pools. The pools were great and service was excellent! Could use an upgrade on the beds in the Deluxe rooms. Worth the money of staying at the resort as you have 24 hour access to pools. Nights out there are amazing!

We love the idea of the spas, and they were nice, but not cleaned very well. I paid over $500 for a room for one night that was not as nice as any of the hotel rooms that I stayed in coming from Ohio to Colorado. The most I paid for one of those was $114. I do realize that part of the charge is for the spas, But it's definitely time to update your all the rooms
