Did not bring pets or use gym. We did flip the fitted sheets which were wrong side up. Requested more hand towels since we only had one and bar soap. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very run down, the carpet and furniture are dirty and in desperate need of renovation. It looks to be last renovated in the early 80's. It was not what I expected at all, considering the price point in the mid $300's. Also, once I checked in and saw the room and wanted to go elsewhere, they wouldn't issue a refund, so we were stuck. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

A couple of minor cleaning issues in our room itself, like a few hairs on the wall of the shower and a couple of trash items under a chair. However, the rest of the hotel was immaculate! And we were so grateful for the laundry service after an unexpected incident with our toddler.

The people above us had children who ran and jumped constantly. The hotel said they would take care of it but nothing came out of it. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was horrible.

This was such a horrible experience and stay! Firstly, clerk was on phone foreve, no greeting or acknowledgment. Second clerk comes out and helped someone else behind me and never spoke to me. Waitress in restaurant showed no emotions and barely spoke to us. Adult drink area was filthy and drinks were spilled everywhere, trash everywhere this was only 7:00 pm. Went to pool/spa, so many kids jumping from pool to hot tub splashing us in the face. Room full of very young teen girls, yelliny, cussing and laughing till 4:30 am. Called desk three times and nothing was done. Upon check out, was told I couldn't have a receipt since I booked through here. She was very rude as I needed a paper receipt and said it was against policy! Way too expensive for this kind of stay and treatment! Never again..

From the time we walked in the door the staff was dedicated to making our stay a wonderful experience. From the welcoming staff at the front counter, the amazingly friendly service at the restaurant all the way to the room service, everyone was super helpful and ready to serve to make our stay one of the best I’ve ever had in a motel!

This hotel is a delight. I’m giving a vibe score. All hotels everywhere should meet pay-to-play standards of cleanliness, etc. and this one does. But what about vibe? From arrival to departure, this was a great place to stay, on the vibe scale, a ten. My stay was a pleasant surprise.
