The staff was friendly , and helpful. Everyone was smiling and looked happy to be there. However the property needs deep cleaning. And normal cleaning. Rugs dirty. The room smelled musty. The furniture was outdated. The curtain was dirty. We changed rooms after the sofa bed got stuck. And the ninth floor was super hot in atrium area.

The hotel has really good potential the rooms were kind of dusty. I had to be switched to another room because the TV in the master bedroom was broken. However, they did accommodate me and switch me with awesome customer service. The hotel was very nice in general. Just had a musky smell in the rooms.
