We arrived quite late on a work trip but the lovely staff at reception offered to make a meal for us and we had the most delicious Entrecote, excellent service and attention. The Hotel is in a beautiful setting and, if I'd had more time I would have loved to explore the walks and villages in the locale. The Hotel building and rooms is quite eclectic with a lot of art available for sale - I'd definitely like to stay again and enjoy the area.

Excellent place; arty room with balcony overlooking lake, great terrace on lake (a little cool at end Sept), nice bar and good breakfast. Slightly disorganised feel but that was part of the charm. Would like to come back for longer when it is a little warmer, as this was a one-night stop on our way back from Italy.

A nice little find.

We stayed here overnight to break up a drive to the alps. It is a lovely little find in my opinion. The view of the mountains and lake was amazing, hard to beat i imagine. A nice restauraint but i think the menu was a little limited if you have a fussy kid. A nice burger and fries option would have been good for the kids. I had the tartiflette that was delicious. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was fine with en suites. Some peolpe have i think been a bit unkind with their reviews on here. I loved it and will come back next year.

Although the lady in charge of check-in was helpful and sent me all details for self check-in, the room was filled with spiders and spider nets were all over the corners, ceiling, etc. I had planned to take breakfast there but when I saw the state of the place, mess everywhere, cleanliness more than border line, I just packed and left. The view of the lake remains amazing but again, outside table and chairs and not been clean for a while, given how they looked.

Haut potentiel mais résultat très décevant

Cet hôtel a un énorme potentiel mais visiblement la famille qui s en occupe a du mal à maintenir les lieux en état. La décoration est « spéciale » mais surtout notre chambre était sale (poubelle des précédents oubliée , lavabo et miroir dégoûtants, toiles d araignée partout). Chose curieuse , l hôtel est fermé le lundi et le mardi , avec les clients dedans !! Donc petit déjeuner servi , mais â l heure fixée par Madame, à savoir 8h ! Inconcevable , donc elle nous a remboursé, soulagée de ne pas nous les servir finalement . La fille de cette dame est cependant très gentille . Il y a un vrai problème avec la mère et le personnel insuffisant. Nous avons pas pu tester la table puisque l’hôtel était fermé !!! Il faut cependant souligner que malgré notre arrivée tardive ,dans un hall surprenant envahi de jouets , de choses , nous avons pu manger en terrasse un petit gratin …

Hôtel très bien situé, accueil très sympathique, très jolie vue sur le lac depuis le balcon, en revanche propreté de la chambre et des sanitaires très très insuffisante, linge de toilette à renouveler, chambre exiguë avec un lit 140 collé à un lit 90, pas de place pour poser les valises et déco trop violente et surchargée...bref c'est un hôtel qui mériterait d'être rénové. Dame a l'accueil tres gentille et tres accueillante. Mais la chambre avec le plafond bordeaux et la douche tres vieille. J'avais réservée une chambre vue sur le lac j'ai ete servie mais pour la deco, la propreté de certains endroit de la chambre été a revoir. La literie un peu ancienne aussi. Hormis cela l'accueil parfait, le reste déçu car les photos sur le site ne reflète pas ce que j'ai eu en réalité ! Dommage
