Quaint and quiet for solo travelers. A pretty cozy stay but be very cautious of the refundable deposit. They’re not on it like your average hotel/airbnb so you will have to remind them via email. Their phone number isn’t the greatest, as it is hard to communicate to the staff, they don’t have a regular set of hours by the phone. Kitchen wasn’t used for my stay but it looked neat and clean, perfect for those who intend on staying longer.

Cool property, very safe with cams and code-locked door. No issues with noise, had a pretty quiet peaceful stay. Good parking situation, that’s something I was worried about but we never had problems parking. Unit is very close to transit lines. My girlfriend and I were out walking very late and never felt unsafe in this area.

The area was fairly quiet and a great location to catch a bus or take a quick drive to the parts of city we visited (The Loop and Hyde Park).
