We stayed here the year prior and it was great. The most recent time we stayed it was horrendous. The room was clean and nice I will say that. The hotel itself was tidy. There was just so much chaos and I don’t entirely blame the hotel but I think staff should’ve stepped in. The room next door had people screaming and fighting all throughout the night. Slamming doors, people banging on the exterior back entrance to be let in after hours. It felt very unsafe with people running back and forth passed our room screaming and banging. I don’t fully blame the hotel for that but I do think they could’ve intervened. They did not intervene to my knowledge at all because it went on all nights we were there.
