This was a great place to stay. There were special treats for the holidays. The staff was friendly. The indoor pool was wonderful and just the right temperature. Good breakfast as well.

Great hotel and service. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, breakfast was delicious. Pool and room was clean and everything worked, nothing wrong anywhere.

The check in clerk was wonderful. This hotel accepts pets so you can tell they have cleaned well, hence the cleaning product smell. We stayed for the night and enjoyed the hot breakfast the next morning. Would definitely stay there again if in the area. State trooper headquarters is about 800 feet away so the area felt very secure as well

Great Night

We arrived at the hotel around 9:45p.m. and were able to check in right. The night was quiet, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip through the state.

This stay was just Okay!

This has always been my go to hotel when in the area. This trip I found my room #135 to not feel clean. The toilet was dirty and found hair in the shower. The office chair in my room was completely worn out and The chairs in the lobby were not much better. This stuff isn’t a deal breaker but this location could do better!

Nice hotel for a night.

Hotel staff was very nice. It was clean and well maintained. My kids loved the pool! My only complaint would be the beds were very uncomfortable to us and we didn’t sleep much because of it.

Great place to stay when in Clarksville. The breakfast could use some improvement. There was no scrambled eggs, but that is okay. The pool is nice and quiet indoors that way not baking in the sun.

Hampton is comfy.

The check in was great, room was nice. We did have trouble with the heater. It was too cool in the room. Finally we figured we could not have the auto fan on cause it was blowing out very cool air.

The rooms were adequately clean. It did bother me the carpet always felt a little damp from the air conditioner and humidity. BUT the breakfasts were great and the shower was amazing. Hot water, fantastic pressure and adjustable spray. Perfect after a long drive.

We usually stay at this property 2-3 times a year and never have any problems. This visit, our door creaked terribly and at one point the bed sounded like it was going to fall onto the floor. The room was very clean, as usual! Usually the buffet is delicious but this time it was mediocre.

Decent breakfast set up. Staff was accommodating for the most part, with the exception of a maintenance issue. Pictures showed hot tub but there was not one, false advertisement. No type of streaming options on TV was a real bummer. Our bath tub would not drain properly and after reporting it they did not come fix it until our last night of stay. After hiking in the outdoors all day so we had to take showers in ankle deep dirty water.

When I checked in there was a sign saying that their DirectTV was down so had no TV to watch and asked if could get a refund and they said only if I hadnt reserved using a third party, which I did so couldnt get refund. Also they couldnt give me a discount since I had used a third party.
