100 points for the location. It was only a few mins from the railway station which made such a big difference. The staff was very helpful. The room was adequate, however I did see stains on the wash basin and toilet when I entered. TV did not work, kept saying there was no network and for these reasons I have given 4 stars. Otherwise it was perfect for a quick stay. Thank you.

Let’s be honest, this is a prime situation of getting what you pay for, and anyone expecting luxury, everything to be working perfectly, a fantastic state of cleanliness and a window show evaluate what that costs in the current climate. The bed was very firm, and the floor despite being easy clean still had lots of stuff on it. Areas in the hallways on floor two stuck of sewage and bombed with air freshener. The room I was originally given also stunk of sewage and there was hair on the bed. The staff originally lied and said there was no other rooms. Though when another room was provided it was better though smelt of vinegar, floor wasn't particularly clean nor the indented areas on the beds
