Café da manhã muito completo, climatizado e boas instalações. Atendimento virtual ruim, check in demorado, não possui restaurante, elevador muito lento piscina rasa e horários ruins para acesso à área de lazer. Hotel bem localizado, quarto amplo e roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade. Mas o banheiro necessita de mais manutenção. A pia estava entupida e o porta papel higiênico todo bambo. Razoável! O café da manhã teve uma queda na qualidade. A limpeza deixa a desejar, equipe, às vezes, não chega dentro do horário estipulado pelo próprio Hotel, nos obrigando a recusar a limpeza pelo tardio do horário. A garagem fica superlotada por carros de fora, dificultando a locomoção dos carros dos hóspedes. Funcionários são gentis e atenciosos.
