Lovely hotel in central location. Large light-flooded room in nice design with a beautiful view of the harbour comfortable beds Friendly staff - incredibly loud. There were street dancers and singers right in front playing loud music on speakers from midday to midnight. It felt like spending 12 hours in a nightclub. Beautiful views

After 9 hours of driving and arriving in the dark in the rain we were not greeted in a very friendly manner. The staff made me feel like I was crazy. I was just simply exhausted and they made me feel like I had asked too much of them by asking where to park and if it was safe to store our suitcases after checkout. We have been traveling in France a long time and were unfortunately robbed of all our belongings before we arrived. This hotel was the least comforting and least friendly and I would not return, although the view of the harbor was beautiful and rooms very clean. As a hotel employee I would assume that every guest needs to be treated as if they have had a very long day of travel and are not crazy. I was on the verge of tears and just needed some extra care. It would be helpful if instructions for parking were on the website as it is extremely complicated to park and drop off luggage.
