This is an excellent hotel. We ended up staying here 4 nights, not in a row, while in Istanbul. One of the reasons we chose it is because they have family rooms, basically 2 rooms connected by a vestibule. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. And, it is only about a 5 minute walk to the Blue Mosque.

Loved staying at obelisk very accommodating, yunus and the other staff was very helpful… they made our choice of breakfast and guide us through the trip definitely recommend this place all shopping and attractions are just walking distance and if you ever get lost you can chat with them. They always respond!

This experience was a disaster, room was super noise. And when we open the bed it was full of hear we record a video and showed to the receptionist he change us to an other room the cleaning wasn't much better. Then we looked in goggle for the review and we saw a picture taken in the same room with a rat on it. I will never recommend this Hotel and we left early we were very uncomfortable and insecure.

We had a great experience during our stay at Obelisk Hotel. They upgraded us for free to their best room that had balcony with amazing view. The room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff was courteous, provided us with the things we needed and also guided us about city tours. The location of hotel is excellent which is a huge plus. If I visit again, I will stay at Obelisk hotel.

Incredible staff. Clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was also delicious. Zeki helped us a lot, arranging for tours. Yunus and the others were also helpful. Everyone speaks English. The location of the hotel is great, except for Grand Bazar which is a 25 minute uphill walk. Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque and Topaki palace are a few minutes away.
