Me and my wife got to the property around 7:45p. And they had already sold all handicap accessibility room at 5pm. When I asked to speak to the manager who was at property. The front desk attendant told me to get out of the lobby and to leave.

The worst experience since I’ve been a member. Rude staff, no trash cans in the room. No remote to watch the television, no towels. And management expected for the room to be in a clean condition afterwards. Beds made, room clean all of the above. The room was already dirty when we got there. I tried call the front seat I also went down to the front desk no one answered the door Manager then told us upon check out that we needed to pay for a towel and also banned us from this horrible establishment. The room had poop on the toilet. Floors were discolored and disgusting. Shower wasn’t working properly bathroom door was rotted. Very horrible experience anoveabove.management said they

Upon arrival, we were told that they needed a $50 CASH deposit. No, they won’t take a credit or debit card. Cash only. Oh and they won’t refund it until they inspect the room, during which time they lock you out of the office in the cold. The place is absolute garbage. Roaches and mouse poop all over the room. Oh and “no refunds for any reason,” meaning that I’d already paid so there was no way to get money back. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

OYO Hotel Tulsa International Airport 1016 N. Garnet Rd. Tulsa, OK Is certainly Not Pet Friendly, they only accept Dogs. I repeat Dog's ONLY. The surrounding area has more Homeless/ Druggies walking around than in any other part of Tulsa Metro. ***Not to mention there is an Additional 50$ Surcharge that you have to Pay upon Check-in. So a 42$ room turns into a 92$ room. "Watch out for all of the (Water Bugs/ Roaches) Sidewalks and Parking Lot!"

This place was disgustingly! First they charge you cash to check in after I paid online. They put me upstairs after I booked an “accessibility” room. The door didn’t close all the way. The room smelled like mold and bad life choices. As soon as I lifted the sheets, I was greeted by a huge bed bug!!! I ran out of there as fast as I could. Do yourself a favor and book a room at motel 6!
