Worst experience ever!! Horrible nasty rooms with no toilet paper or towels and the staff was even worse if that’s possible!! AND I had reserved the room well in advance and paid for the insurance to guarantee that the room was available but was not given what I paid for and when I questioned the staff I was locked out!

Me and my wife got to the property around 7:45p. And they had already sold all handicap accessibility room at 5pm. When I asked to speak to the manager who was at property. The front desk attendant told me to get out of the lobby and to leave.
