The hotel is lovely and in a great location. Clean room, quiet. My only complaint is mommy has a very nasty smell. We heard others complain and the staff said it was from waxing the floors but it smelled the two days we were there. Very gross smell. Otherwise lovely hotel!

Cannot fault location, so central, little bit more care needed in the housekeeping dept, coffee and tea not replaced every day, coffee table not wiped down, operating the toilet flush was frustrating and shower hose had a life of it's own if you didn't hold it .
