Loved our stay at Hotel Augustin in Paris. The hotel has a fun design which makes the rooms bright and welcoming. The complimentary beverage mini bar service was great for having access to juice, water and sodas. Every afternoon there was a complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks available and you could stop in any of their properties around the city to partake of this. This hotel is very conveniently located to Metro lines and bus stops so getting around was very easy. Staff was always very courteous and helpful. Would stay again!

A Must Stay Hotel While in Paris

The staff was so helpful and kind and so accommodating. They were able to answer any questions we asked them. Not only were we sad to leave Paris but also sad to leave the staff. They were like family. This is the place to stay were all your needs are taken care of. I can't say enough about this establishment!

Very pleasant stay.

Great location if you plan to do a lot of walking around Paris, and close to a number of transit stations for the farther journeys. We walked 5 mins to the train station for Versailles and 10-15 mins to the station for Disneyland Paris. There were excellent dining options right around the corner, including a great Thai restaurant and a few good bakeries. Hotel is clean with great decor. The water/drinks and snacks provided for free were a major bonus that we loved. Highly recommend.

But what really made the experience stand out were the afternoon snacks! After hours of sightseeing, coming back to complimentary treats and a cozy space to relax felt like such a luxury. The hotel also offered umbrellas on rainy days (a lifesaver!), and the bilingual staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Whether it was booking our taxi back to the airport or recommending nearby spots, they made everything seamless. The hotel itself was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located—walking distance to major attractions, charming cafés, and public transportation. It felt like the perfect home base in Paris. Clean, convenient, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches—this hotel truly exceeded every expectation. We’ll be recommending it to everyone we know and definitely plan to return on our next Paris adventure!

Horrendous hotel

I would never stay here again. No lift and room was on the 6th floor. Staff rude, had to wait 10 minutes to checkout as the staff were smoking outside and wanted to finish their cigarettes. In the end I gave up. It was horrendous

We should have been informed of construction!

The hotel was nice enough, but I wish Hotels.com would have mentioned that they were under a complete renovation, inside and out! The second floor was closed off with plastic and created lots of dust everywhere. Upon our Saturday arrival a crew was dismantling scaffolding on one side of the hotel and beginning Monday morning at 7:30am, they began building new scaffolding right outside our bedroom and bathroom windows. This carried on for the next 2 days, and preceded 3 additional days of work on the building exterior. Very noisy and disruptive during our morning routine! Aside from that, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The room were spacious enough and well thought out! Balcony a plus! Rooms were clean and nice to have a joined family rooms (side by side with a door). service great from check in to breakfast staff and catered for gluten free. free snacks from 2pm at any of their hotels. basic breakfast and no bar but you are in Paris so plenty around and you can bring food back. only negative is that they are only in Paris.
