My boyfriend and I visited Kauai in June and we stayed at the Royal Sonesta Resort in Lihue. This resort offers the biggest pool there is on the island and we enjoyed it to the fullest, including the hidden but public hot tubs around the pool. In my opinion these hot tubs were the best part. Easy access to the beach and restaurants, and it has many amenities. We enjoyed our stay at this resort and I recommend it for a fun summer stay with good vibes and weather.

Great resort. Staff was super helpful. Pool was really nice. Beach was beautiful. Hard to find chairs at times as everyone saves them and then disappears.

The property offered several amenities, including on site dining that was delicious, huge pool, ability to walk right to the beach from the resort, and a beachside luau.
