There was a party on the 1st floor. Music loud enough for us to hear it on the 9th. Whilst they turned it down after mightnight only caught sleep at 2 when it ended. Staff at reception shrugged when calling in. On the bright side it was cheap and breakfast was good.

Location and surroundings are stunning. Hotel clean and buffet breakfast was fantastic. Building and rooms/decor are showing their age . Peeling paint, worn carpets and half the hotel has been closed off/abandoned meaning no spa facilities.

This hotel is rather worn-out, evidenced by the many stains in the carpets and the old-fashioned and rather depressing interiors. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really bad, as it lacked true freshness and a sense of care.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war frisch und hatte gute Auswahl. Man konnte auch draußen sitzen und unter den schönen großen Bäumen essen. Das Fsmilienzimmer hatte gute Größe. Die Klimaanlage fehlte schon im Zimmer, da Westseite. Zumindest ein Fenster konnte geöffnet werden. Die Fenster waren überall ziemlich schmutzig, der Flur war ok sauber, das Zimmer war sauber. Wir wussten, dass das Gebäude alt ist und somit war es keine Überraschung. Die Lage ist schön und sehr ruhig.

The pictures did not match reality at all — parts of the hotel had collapsed, and we had a view of a destroyed pool area. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Gebucht war 1 Übernachtung; wobei an Schlaf jedoch aufgrund des Lärms (wie laut zuschlagende Schranktüren, dauerhaft) in der Nacht nicht zu denken war. Dass es sich es sich um ein Durchgangszimmer handelte und Lärm auch aus dem benachbarten Zimmer bereits vor 7.00 morgens drang, machte den Aufenthalt zu einem schlaflosen Horror-Trip. Der traumhaft schöne Panoramablick aus dem Zimmer war – buchstäblich – getrübt, da das große verschmutzte Fenster ihn nur erahnen ließ. Die Vorhänge davor teilweise aus der Schiene gerissen, selbige wie auch der ganze Fensterbereich verstaubt und verdreckt. Wo ein Kühlschrank hätte sein sollen, war er entnommen worden! Im Garderobenschrank keine Beleuchtung, die den Inhalt des Gepäcks hätte erkennbar werden lassen. Der Balkon, eigentlich ein Extra, hier jedoch gänzlich ohne Mehrwert, da Mobiliar und Fußboden schon lange keine Reinigung mehr erfahren haben, das abblätternde Mauerwerk lässt das Gefühl gefährdender Instabilität aufkommen. Die vegane Frühstücksvariante beschränkte sich auf Margarine und Streichkäse, selbst Marmeladen enthielten keinen Hinweis auf ihre Inhaltsstoffe. Fazit: Die zuvor genannten Mängel vermitteln schlussendlich den Gesamteindruck eines längst (überfällig) sanierungswürdigen Bauwerks, was die Begrifflichkeit „Hotel“ konterkariert. Es scheint wohl allein dem Mangel an Wettbewerbern – in dieser idyllisch schönen Lage - geschuldet, dass diese Unterkunft von Reisenden überhaupt noch frequentiert wird.

Wir sind gegen 13:30 Uhr angekommen und durften ein Zimmer in der 10. Etage mit Balkon und toller Aussicht beziehen. Der Balkon war leider nicht einladend, schmutzig und an vielen Stellen waren Löcher oder Risse im Beton. Außerdem leider nur ein Stuhl. Das Hotel ist ganz allgemein stark in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer REnovierung. In der Nacht hörten wir ein lautes Rauschen, kam wahrscheinlich vom Aufzugsschacht oder so, das war recht störend. Frühstück war von der Auswahl und Qualität her in Ordnung, besonders gut fand ich die Pancake Maschiene, hatte ich so noch nirgends gesehen. Parken wird mit 3€ berechnet, ist zwar nicht der Rede Wert, könnte aber bei der Lage ( abseits, auf dem Berg und man ist aufs Auto angewiesen ) auch durchaus kostenlos sein. Es gibt ein tolles Restaurant im 15. Stock, mit toller Aussicht, welches leider nicht genutzt wird, schade.

Das Hotel wurde in den 70ern gebaut, laut Aufzug 1972. es scheint seid dem nichts mehr wirklich renoviert worden zu sein! Auf dem Balkon braucht man eigentlich einen Helm, da der Putz und Eisen von der Decke kommt. Der Teppich auf den Fluren schlägt Wellen, das man bald stolpert. Die Duschkabine hatte einen Riss. Der Duschkopf ist soweit unten angebracht, dass man sich zum Duschen bücken muss…war aber am ersten Tag egal, da es nur kaltes Wasser gab. das Personal ist entweder freundlich oder genervt. Bei Check-Out wird einem ein schöner Tag gewünscht, aber gefragt ob alles in Ordnung war oder ob man einen schönen Aufenthalt hatte Fehlanzeige…die wissen wahrscheinlich schon warum. Also für 270€ zwei Übernachtungen, für 3 Personen mit Frühstück noch viel zu teuer…Aber hey gleiche Leistung in 2 Wochen kosten dann nur schlappe 470€…
