Absolutely everyone went above and beyond, from check in desk, house keeping and the breakfast restaurant! All staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was ready early and we received a free upgrade, thank you! A beautiful room, cleaned perfectly, refreshed tea/coffees (with great choice) and a superb breakfast!
