We had zero cash/wons and it took 2 hours to find an ATM that I could get money from! There is a waterfall across the street, but not a lot walking distance. We rented a car while on the island. They gave us a free room upgrade, the hotel and our room is beautiful, the free hanbok hire was fun. You do need to do a bit of walking to get to most of the nearby food, and one of the faucets wasn't working properly (but still working), but overall, our stay was fantastic.
