The male check-in agent was rude. To watch TV, you need to connect the smart TV to WiFi, as you would with a laptop. That is fine; however, you must pay $5 to access the WiFi. It's not free. The engineered floor in the room buckled and creaked, waking the other person at night. Plumbing from other rooms next door and above were extremely loud. The Candlewood down the street is a better choice at this price point. We will not be back.
