Always a pleasure to stay here. Great location in Piccadilly , east to walk to. Staff so welcoming and swift check in and out. Rooms very clean and quiet, my room was super spacious nice large bed and complimentary water. The lady who was cleaning was a delight and offered to help fasten my dress I was struggling with for an event later that morning before check out. Highly recommended! Stayed for past 3 years when needs be.

We had matinee tickets to see Wicked that day so that was a tremendous help and gesture on their part. Very much appreciative of the staff’s consideration and understanding.
