Very convenient location next to a central train station, and also close to a few supermarkets. The staff were also very helpful, and I was let in to my room before the check in time since my flight arrived early. The only thing, the TV in my room was broken and I could only see static images the whole time I was staying. Aside from that, the accommodation was excellent.

Perfect location in the heart of Vienna, 5 minutes walk to Belvedere Palace & 3minutes walk to their Wien Haufbanhoff, Stephenplatz were most museums are located are minutes away by tram or subway.lots of cafes and restos within 5 mins reach, the kitchenette is a great option for home cooked meals and grocery stores are just across the building. Laundry facilities are in the basement with reasonable pay per use . Excellent service from all staff .Danke Schön!

Close to Wien Hauptbahnhof. Nice clean big room. The tissue box was almost empty in the bathroom. When we asked for a new one on the next morning, the lady said they don’t have anymore. Other than that, everything is okay.
