The room itself was mostly clean, although a few of the towels had stains which wasn’t great to see. The biggest disappointment was the “included breakfast.” There was barely any food put out for guests, and the waffle maker barely worked, so that experience was pretty frustrating. Unfortunately, the overall environment during the stay was not great. There was a woman in a nearby room with men coming in and out all night and loud music playing, which made it difficult to relax. At one point, someone even drove into the side of the hotel, which added to the chaos. The pool also appeared unclean and didn’t look like it had been properly maintained. I will say that some of the staff members were very friendly and helpful, but others barely responded when asked simple questions and just stared without offering assistance. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I would not choose to stay at this location again.
