A really nice surprise, possibly the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel before. It will be difficult to stay anywhere else in Delhi and it will be the new benchmark to compare other hotels too. Everyone knows you name, nothing is too much trouble and the rooms are huge which means it's a great base of you are staying a little longer. Location is convenient for most attractions.

I am a Californian, but an Anglophile at heart. This hotel is reminiscent of the British Raj times and Downton Abbey. There are many photos in the hotel showcasing its history of monarchs and their retinue that have graced the hotel. The rooms were very clean.
