Perfect getaway from the city and work. Personally, I don't mind the older decor and layout of the hotel; there is a certain charm to it all, like you're visiting a familiar place from childhood. Breakfast is good, though the spread can be somewhat limited.

The front desk staff was very helpful and professional in assisting me for my check-in to the resort for a 2 night stay. Despite the official check-in time was 3 pm, I arrived early at 1.30 pm and they do the necessary arrangement for me to check-in at 2 pm instead - really appreciate their kind help and assistance in this matter. When we check in time, request to change to facing golf area. When we entered into the room, no coffee table, there are no room services, balcony no light, some brown stain with blood on the wall. Not feeling good & asked the recept to help me change the room.

Overall experience is bad. Towels are old and dirty, when askef for additional towels, the staff said there will be 20MYR charge per towel. Bedsheet has stains. Bathroom run out of toilet paper and kleenex. Bathtub is old and has stains. Hotel stuffs still working moving room furnitures, mattresses at around 9PM, wheeling ot on the hallway making loud noises. Phone in the room doesn't work well, having difficulty tryingto call the front desk.

자주 가는 곳입니다. 직원들도 친절하고 식음료도 가성비가 높아요. 그런데 시설 유지 보수에 어려움을 겪고 있는지 수영장의 선베드는 온전한 상태인 것이 거의 없어서 매우 불편했고 수질도 예전에 비해 많이 나빠졌는데 통 개선되지 않는것 같아서 아쉽습니다.
