I felt that the staff was a very wonderful staff. They were extremely helpful whenever I had any questions. I never did get a chance to enjoy their breakfast, but it did smell extremely delicious. This property is in the process of being renovated. They evidently have a new owner. They were putting new carpeting down when I was there. The carpet in the room had been shampooed just before I came in that day. Extremely clean carpet. The bed sheets smelled like they just came out of the washer and dryer. The faucet in the room leaked. The shower was fine, except for a ring of black of mold where you would not be able to easily get at it. The hallways were typical for a hotel hallway. The place was super quiet at night. Because it was just me, I’m not allergic to black mold, and the staff being so friendly – I will stay there again because of where it was at under the condition that I found it in for the price that I got it. I did actually enjoy being there, although I was only there when I was sleeping.

The staff was very friendly and the lobby was very nicely decorated and welcoming. The room wasn't really cleaned well. Cobwebs & dust buildup along headboard wall. Bathtub was dirty & old bar soap left from last guest, toilet seat & floor wasn't clean. Both night stands, desk, & credenza surfaces had dried spills. I used sanitizing wipes before unpacking. Ice machine stuck on when filling, and vending machine would not accept bills. No cover on tv remote for batterries. Bed noisy when any movement. Breakfast was very good.
