Overall fair. Room phone YUK !! Washed clothes ... Dryer very HOT ... but clothes Not Dry... Hung clothes around room... Front desk asked if i wanted them to put in dryer up front... After telling me No More Laundry after 10... Stepped in hall Showed them SIGN ... 10:30... (10:22 I was taking clothes out dryer) Bed not comfortable. Some plugs charge some don't. Cool air very loud on High... Low room gets humid... even on Cool

An adequate hotel in a strategic location

This hotel was in a good location for the visits I did on the Columbus west side. I wouldn't describe it as exceptional but it was adequate. The free breakfast was entirely forgettable and the last day I ate breakfast at a nearby restaurant. There were restaurants within walking distance of the hotel which was a benefit. I enjoyed dinner at a Roosters that was walking distance from the hotel.

We rented this room thinking that this hotel had an active pool, but they didn’t would recommend checking for an actual hotel that has a pool. This one has one, but they don’t use it.

Don't stay here

The pool was closed for "chemical testing" but it was running. The staff was on their phone when I came to check in and I had to wait for her to finish her personal call. It smelled funky. It seemed like it was a hotel for people with vouchers and were living there. Breakfast was a bagel or cereal and they didn't have much out. It was a horrible stay for my family. Definitely not what is advertised online.

the pool was out of service, they tried to bill my debit card for my stay even though i had paid with a hotel.com gift card. they did give me a refund but it put a hold on my card for two days. bed was lumpy. there was a police incident the first night i was there. it wasn't very clean. good location. not going back.

I forgot it was pet friendly and I could hear a dog barking all night but not the hotels fault. The hallway smelled funky. Room was clean bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly .
