Excellent quality accommodations. Unfortunately my room’s location was noisy from the tram bell below and the elevator and staircase door. Barking dog in the hotel throughout the evening. Ask for a quiet room.

L'hotel est bien situĂ©, avec 4 lignes de tramway juste au pied de l'immeuble. L'hotel est en general confortable mais le canapĂ© lit est trop profond et peu confotable. Mais acceptable pour une seule nuit. La proximitĂ© des lignes de tramway fait qu'il est bruyant, malgrĂ© les fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es.

TrÚs bon séjour dans cette établissement. L' appartement était vraiment propre, et bien équipé. Je rejoins l' avis des autres clients concernant l' hotel. Quand au parking sous terrain, nous avons un tiguan, et nous avons réussi à bien nous garer, malgré tout, il faut juste y aller doucement. Donc c' etait bien pratique, au lieu de chercher des places à l' exterieur. Nous avons tellement apprécié que nous avons déjà fait une autre reservation. Le gérant ainsi que le personnel de l' hotel sont trÚs sympatiques et avenants. Merci à eux.

Tudo muito. Lugar limpo, novo, bem equipado e com café da manhã excelente. Mas uma coisa pesou negativamente a cama. O colchão é muito duro. Eu e minha mulher saímos do hotel direto pra uma massagista: ficamos com as costa doídas. Nem relaxante muscular resolveu. Estamos até agora com dores nas costas. Uma pena esse detalhe (importante, porque a razão de se procurar um hotel é, também, dormir bem) ter atrapalhado porque, no mais, não hå do que reclamar do hotel.

The location of the parking garage was confusing, and we initially parked at a nearby hotel’s parking lot by mistake. We had to go to the reception first to get proper directions. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was stuck at 28°C, making it very hot. Opening the window wasn’t a good solution either, as there was loud drumming outside and construction started early in the morning right outside the window with scaffolding. The bathroom had stains from someone dyeing their hair, and when we tried to use the toaster, it caused a power outage in the room. Although the staff at reception were friendly, there were just too many problems overall.

Unser Appartement wurde wĂ€hrend unserem Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt. Das, obwohl wir noch mĂŒndlich darĂŒber gesprochen hatten. FĂŒr einen Kurzurlaub okay, aber nicht lĂ€nger. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage. FĂŒr diese muss man gut manövrieren können (ausser Golfklasse und kleiner). Ansonsten war das Appartement bei der Ankunft sehr sauber und modern. Ein grosses Dankeschön an die Rezeption, die immer versucht hat, uns entgegen zu kommen.

Chambre propre, mais bruyante, surchauffĂ©e sans pourvoir avec une action sur le thermostat et sentant le tabac. Si l’accueil est bon, le personnel n'Ă©coute Pas les plaintes des clients. Bon hÎtel, le rooftop est trÚs sympa. Balcon spacieux mais j'ai passé trois,nuits,a l'hÎtel et la chambre n'a,jamais été faite. Je ne sais pas si c'est la politique de l'hÎtel mais ayant fait des centaines de séjours en hÎtel ça m'a surpris. Le petit déjeuner etait également décevant, les paisn au chocolat etaient décongelés.
