The place was old and kind of run down, but pretty clean. The bed was comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep. We were grateful to find this place because the price was decent for a safe, clean, and comfortable night's sleep. The man who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful.

Ray is always warm & friendly. The hotel is well cared for & always clean. I’ve stayed there 4-5 times & I’m never disappointed. It’s just a short jaunt down the 101 to Goleta to visit my kid in college!

Helpful and friendly staff (Ray). Old furnishings and fixtures, but well-maintained and clean overall. Plenty of parking spaces. In a quiet area. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Bath towels are smaller size and thin. Air-conditioning unit is a bit noisy for us.

Great service and a good location. Restaurants nearby. Refrigerator worked very well and the microwave was a nice addition. The air conditioner worked very well too! Comfortable place just a little outdated. I would stay there again.
