Easy to find. Check in experience ok, but I didn’t sign up for handicapped room. Shower needed to be maintained. Clip for shower head wasn’t there. Bed comfortable. Breakfast ok, but mostly gone by 7:40.

Room was dirty. Shower didn’t drain. Could not turn down or adjust thermostat. Had to crack open window to try and cool room down. Bed sagged in the middle and sounded like something was broken every time my wife or I rolled over it made a loud popping sound and we are not big people. Didn’t try breakfast because we were just ready to get out of there.

When we first entered the room, a foot stool/bench was in the way and a set of pillows was missing from the bed. Maybe housekeeping was in a rush? Then we sat down, you know getting settled etc. Since we were on a long distance trip, we wanted to watch the weather. The remote was dead. We aren't so broken that we couldn't manually change the channels. Then, I went to brush my teeth. The faucet barely trickled which in this case was a good thing because the whole sink was clogged and any more than a trickle would have over flowed the sink with allllll the nasty hair and gunk that was in the sink! Gross!!! If we hadn't had driven a 1000 miles that day, I would have left. I do think (hope) the sheets were clean and we went to sleep. In the morning, we discovered hair in the shower, no shampoo, and no bodywash. It wasn't like it was the end of the bottle and getting that last bit out...no! These two bottles were bone dry indicating they have been that way for awhile. The towels seemed clean, but stained. We had chosen the hotel because we like eating a morning breakfast because then you can brush your teeth and load up to go. After so much lack of attention in the room, we decided to skip breakfast because we didn’t want to risk food poisoning at this point. Walking in, its just an average older motel with older carpet and stains on the floor, but nothing that would scream run away now.

We were initially placed in an unserviced room where the heater and fridge didn’t work and the room was dirty. We got placed in another room where the sheets were clean, but the chair had remnants of food on it, the tub did not drain, and the body wash dispenser was out. Hot tub was not working.

Check in was fast and easy, but the room was not clean, no tissue paper, dirty towel left from last check in, mirrors smudged with prints , no coffee pods and missing tray for pods.

Back in the day my dad used to travel a lot for work and we always stayed at Holiday Inn's because that's what his business paid for. Staying in a place like the Radisson or the Hilton or the Marriott was a luxury. sometimes we could afford those who we went on vacation, sometimes not. I always thought the Radisson was pretty classy, until I stopped at this one lol. pretty janky and dirty. The sectional in the foyer looked gross as hell, mismatched furniture in the room but I can deal with that. The bathroom was disgusting. Caulking around the toilet not even applied correctly, mold on the walls, rust on the fixtures and fire suppression system, water damage on the ceiling. Same mold and water damage around the ice maker down the hall. I don't know who the hell painted your ceiling but I'm pretty sure they had Parkinson's. I don't even know what the inside of that ice maker looked like, but I can almost guarantee it was moldy. I understand this is on route 80 and basically at truck stop route. I get that the Radisson in Orlando or New York or Honolulu is quite different. Actually the one in New York is probably a dump too. But we drove cross country, stopped at four different hotel chains and this one was the grossest by far. It was fine just a crash for 8 hours and get back on the road but don't expect anything fancy, or even healthy by the looks of it
