Waterpark could use some updates but we had a fun time regardless. Beds were very firm which I wasn't a fan of but some people prefer that. Room fridge was AMAZING the fridge was cold and the freezer worked well! All the staff was very helpful and extremely kind. Overall great place to stay with kids on a budget.

Alexandria gem!

Great place, excellent waterpark. Needs a touch of paint and cosmetic upgrade. Otherwise, very fun and lots of amenities, even when its cold with snow. Great cabin like bar above lobby. Beautiful lake view. Close to downtown.

Sad that it is no longer the place to stay.

I have not been to this resort for 8 years. Used to go at least two times a year and was always pleased. Let me tell you - this place has changed - and not in a good way. The resort is so dated. The amenities are dated. It is not well run - and it shows. The potential to be what it was before is there - but with so many other options - that are well maintained - I do not believe we will be back.
