There was a cockroach that my husband saw. The heater was broken. We had it set to 85 and it only blew out cold air. Breakfast consisted of a few pre-packaged muffins, a couple of pieces of fruit, and juice boxes. The desk clerk tried telling us that they weren’t sure if the shuttle to the airport would actually show up. I guess one driver didn’t show up and the other driver works for multiple hotels. The airport shuttle service was the main reason we booked there. He did show up about 20 minutes late.
