The hotel was in a great location. Clean and extra comfy. We slept until the afternoon after a long night out and spent the day relaxing. The on site restaurant The Continent was a great vibe and good food. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Check in was wonderful Jamela was very helpful and nice Room- it was perfect now it can be lil bit more clean there was dust and the floor needed to be mopped The Pool - so I think hotels customers should have more of the pool than outside people I think is not fair for the kids 5 hours Check out was good but they charge me $40 for each day on fees why? There was no awnser I did get no services no room service they never came and clean the room or change trash bags or anything is crazy you pay for one price online and then get hit with $300 more for no reason is crazy

I booked the 1 bedroom suite loft. Had the potential to be a 9 but presented as a 7. Floors need more cleaning- mopping. Every once in a while a touch up of paint who be nice to keep the property looking fresh and well maintained. The large shower head did not work. The furniture was cheap and the bedside nightstand was also cracked. For the price I would have expected the cleanliness and condition of the property to be better. Also the large balcony is a nice touch but the outdoor cushions had bird poop on them- so I couldn’t really enjoy the benefit of the balcony.

2 night business trip with 5 people and lots of luggage. The staff here were excellent handling the large amount of baggage we needed to store and have regular access to during our stay. The rooms were comfy and well equipped - cool lighting fixtures in the ceiling and really nice showers. One of our group got sick and reception staff helped with local pharmacy recommendations and gave us complimentary water. Breakfast was great and the lobby is a nice spot to sit and enjoy a coffee. I felt really safe here and would definitely book again if travelling/working in the area.

We had serious issues with the property. Out of 3 rooms booked, 2 were on the 3rd floor directly above a 1st floor club that was playing loud bass music until midnight on a Sunday night. The noise in the rooms was unbearable and we had 3 children in the rooms under age 4. IHG needs to conduct a hotel review for the agreement with the club (operated by a 3rd party) and shut down thier operations and loud music. The hotel staff completely understood when they heard how loud the music was in our rooms from the club downstairs and moved us to a suite on the 6th floor. They did well, but IHG has a real problem at this property.
