Such a great hotel! The location, the beautiful room, the fantastic shower were all wonderful. Best of all was the lovely Chiara who was so, so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, she was attentive and responded to all queries immediately. She also gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants/ activities. Had the best night in Naples at this extremely comfortable stay.

This place is in the center of everything. It was so easy to go out and navigate being so close. The a/c was also pumping. My comforter which I took from the closet did have some dirt marks on it but the sheets, towels and everything else were great. The staff was super helpful and friendly and even helped me when I didn’t have the correct charger.

The room was very clean, comfortable and full of modern amenities. The front desk staff was kind and very helpful with tips for local food and shopping spots. My only complaint is that I did not stay here longer. Highly recommend this property when visiting Naples.

6/10 不错

No hot shower for the first 3 days we stayed there. During the entire trip the internet was down, my phone’s signal was not the greatest in Naples so having no wifi at the hostel, caused us to miss emails/notifications from travel bookings and miss a pick up time. The best part was the location but personally wouldn’t recommend this

Location is ideal. Center of the strip. Close to the beach with an easy walk. Staff was helpful, rooms and bathrooms & a/c great. We liked the balcony. But I wish I could see past the fencing while sitting. There’s a tarp that wraps around it. There’s plenty of chairs but would rather have more lounge chairs.

The staff was fantastic. We were traveling by car and got extremely turned around... (I'm still not sure how we ended up on a sidewalk.) The staff was so awesome. They came and found us, helped me get the bags to the hotel and helped my boyfriend find the parking lot. They were so sweet. The place was great! The AC was nice and cold. In walking distance to everything. I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!
