Hotel is clean, looks nice. But lacks in hospitality. I asked for a couple extra blankets at 3am since my friend was pushing out of bed, I decided to sleep on the floor….and they said they didn't have any. They then proceeded to indirectly accuse me of having a fifth person in the room….How does a Hotel of this size not have extra blankets? Breakfast is $20/person. They didn't say anything about a charge upon check in and there is no signage when going into the breakfast area. They sat us at a table and then asked for a voucher…it was humiliating. Our rooms phone didnt work, and the handle was broken to the door. Disappointed for the money paid here.
