Location was perfect! Walkable to many sites and great restaurants. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was larger than expected, clean, and comfortable. This hotel was perfectly located for our activities. It is walkable to multiple Metro stations in a safe area with so many tasty restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. In case you are traveling with someone other than a family member, although there is a wall separating the main room from the bathroom, there was no door to provide privacy in the bathroom. We had a great stay and would choose this property again!

The location was convenient. Black out curtains helped keep the room cool, dark, and quiet in a busy location. The air conditioner was great for a HOT summer in Madrid. They didn’t do a very good job in transforming two twin beds into a king which made the sleeping awkward. The shower and coffee machine were awesome. We could have benefitted from a small fridge and iron in our room. Beware. Blankets available upon request and with an amazing AC, you will probably need blankets.

Very convenient location, small room but comfortable and nicely decorated. Bed was very nice and so was the shower. Breakfast was good but standard buffet offerings. Great location with many restaurants and walkable to main attractions. Our complaint is mainly the room coffee maker did not work (we had two rooms and both of them didn't work). We had an early departure and staff was helpful calling the taxi and they offered us a box breakfast which was very nice. Extremely small lobby and nowhere to sit outside the rooms, but with nice weather it was not critical.
