No rest for the weary

When we first arrived everything was fine but later that evening the toilet stopped up and we had to move to another room because maintenance was not on site. Next room had paper thin walls and we could hear conversations from the people on both sides of us as well as the footsteps of whoever was about us. The bathtub was so old and dingy that I thought it was dirty and scrubbed it to make sure it was clean and the tub faucet was so loose I was afraid it was going to break in my attempts to switch to shower mode

Great location, great staff, comfortable room

A well maintained, clean, and cutely decorated hotel with wonderful staff! Came for impromptu beach weekend and found the Palm Suites to be as promised. The private balconies and board.walk were special features.

Great stay will definitely stay here again!

Whelp minus the TV catching fire. Nothing serious just a little short circuit, they quickly gave us a new room and apologized for the inconvenience. Very quick turn around the staff was very friendly and accommodating the entire time. At night it was very quiet. Pool was refreshing the dock has the best view of the sunset.

Front desk had labels on everything relating to what they couldn't do or take. My room was in the process of a remodel and many details unfinished. Light over sink was out and room had poor lighting in general. Kitchen cabinet had dishes in it with a broken lock. Bathroom door had been removed and replaced with barndoor but the cleanup of hinges and doorframe was not clean and left unfinished. Under sink had cans of paint and tools left in it. Found out that these rooms are individually owned condos that get rented out. Location around hotel just average to sketchy. Go somewhere else.

Great stay

The rooms were comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering how close the road is to the property. I have family in the area and will most likely stay again. The desk staff was fantastic and had a sense of humor...a plus !!
