Vou transmitir a minha visão sobre a minha estadia. Hotel sem manutenção (piso sem manutenção no quarto, secador sem funcionamento, mofo dentro do quarto, chuveirinho do vaso sanitário sem funcionamento e armário, além de velho sem cabides). Vantagens do hotel: localização ótima, funcionários atenciosos, estacionamento bom e café da manhã perfeito. A estrutura do hotel é velha e sem manutenção, até nos utensílios. Conclusão: Neste hotel não volto e nem indico, principalmente pelo custo-benefício. Tudo bem que elevem o preço da diária, mas não exorbitantemente pela apresentação do hotel. Vou todo o ano a Campos do Jordão e já fiquei em hotéis melhores e com custo baixo.

O hotel está em reforma, mas da para perceber que o que tem, bem velho, no caminho até o quarto dá para sentir cheiro de mofo, visivelmente no teto marcas de mofo no corredor até os quartos, a cama é grande porém, um pouco mais mole do que o habitual, muitas marcas de sujeira e de uso no dia a dia nos quartos, as fronhas e cobertores estavam cheirosas e limpas pó menos isso, mas o que mais gostamos foi a localização do hotel, e o café da manhã.
