I will NEVER book again on Orbitz or this property. I booked and received confirmation email, then multiple follow up emails from partner company with directions for check in, guidelines for stay, etc. I had a last minute emergency and had to cancel. I tried calling the partner company to cancel but no answer, then sent multiple emails. The next day I received an email from partner company to talk to Orbitz. I called Orbitz and they directed me back to the partner company. I told Orbitz I already received word from them to speak to Orbitz. The property was not refundable. That’s fine, but the fees and tax were more than the rental cost itself. I understand them keeping the rental fee, but the cleaning fee when I didn’t stay there? It’s now past the original booked time and I still have NOT heard back from Orbitz. I DO NOT recommend using Orbitz or this property.
4-night trip
