We arrived to a very friendly welcome and an arrival drink. Our room was beautifully clean and fitted out really well and a street view with a balcony, no chairs on it though. Position of the hotel was perfect to access numerous restaurants and bars and to get to public transport too. There is a restaurant/bar on the roof however there is limited space so maybe worth booking if you wish to visit as it seemed popular with non residents. There is also a pool which is small but perfect to cool off in after a day of sightseeing.

Customer Experience - Alexandra was excellent and went beyond to help. We had an issue with our room and it was resolved very well/quickly and got restaurant reservation / booking every night. Fabulous hotel! Perfectly located, and the room was amazing, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Everyone who works there is so friendly, helpful and accommodating.
