I asked the front desk if additional pots and pans were available and they act as if I was asking an inappropriate question. We were traveling from out of town like many others so of course we didn’t pack pots and pans and chose Residence Inn because we thought we’d be able to cook.

Staff was friendly for the most part there was one guy on the staff that had a bad attitude because their elevator was broken but I had a broken foot and can’t do stairs I was told by the staff I could go one person at a time which I did with all the luggage because we were on the second floor but on the way down another person got into the elevator with me and we got stuck. The ladies at the front desk got us out but the guy was pissed at me saying don’t I know how to read the sign I explained that yes I could read but according to your staff I was allowed to use it be a of my broken foot. He was upset and stormed off but the ladies on the staff were very kind and understanding. My experience was overall nice with that one exception.
