It was horrific. We checked in and found a naked man passed out in our room, reception didn’t care. She told us if we didn’t feel safe we could go stay somewhere else. there were at least 3 prostitutes actively working the hotel and having a very loud fight. We went out to the car to get our bags and there was a gun shot. We got another room after finding the naked man in our room and it was gross. There was blood on one of the sheets, it stank, there were holes in the black out blinds so big that there was no point in having them. The windows wouldn’t lock. it was aweful. Don’t stay here:

FILTHY, FILTHY, FILTHY!!!!! Check in with desk clerk was absolutely terrible. I asked for rooms side by side...they were not. Asked for 1st floor to accomade my 85 year old mother, they were not!! It was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

I booked a room for my parents, who are aging adults. The manager wouldn't let them stay due to my stepfather smelling like urine. The manager told them that I would be refunded, which has *not* happened yet. She yelled at them to "Go! Get out of here!" My sister was on the phone with my mother and heard the interaction. The manager yelled at aging adults with disabilities. My mother was so upset and nervous after being treated in such a dehumanizing manner that she forgot to put my stepfather's walker in her car. So it was in the parking lot. My mother went back to get it the following day. A bystander in the parking lot said that the manager took it inside. My mother went inside and inquired and the manager claimed that she had not seen it and didn't have it. My mother filed a police report. I understand that hotels don't want their rooms to smell like urine. However, there are basic standards in how to treat people with respect and dignity. The manager at this hotel violated these basic standards and dehumanized my parents in ways that were stressful and traumatic. I cannot recommend this hotel. If anything, I would suggest a boycott of this hotel.

Pool closed, once again a security deposit was required with anything being stated on Website. It was a good thing i was able to make the deposit otherwise they would check us in. I may stop using hotels.com as my primary hotel destination website. No fridge or microwave in room either hotel conditions absolutely deplorable.

I got a double charge for one night booking , then I called the representative to explain what happened. He transferred my phone to his co-worker, so I’d been waited for 20 mins, then his co-worker picked up phone. But I just asked her to check my case, and she dropped off phone immediately. After that, I called back again and had been waited for over 30mins but nobody solved this issue

First room was disgusting. Sheets visibly had dirt on them, sticky stuff on counters, shower was gross, and smelled like an old lady. The second room I got wasn’t much better but at least the sheets were clean to the naked eye.

In the bathroom behind the door on the floor there were sunflower seeds. The room was run down. The breakfast was not good at all. Not many choices ended up buying breakfast both days. The air conditioner in one of the rooms we had didn’t work.

They take dogs for a reasonable fee and are priced enough below all other options in this area to make it ok, understanding that in all other areas the property is worn and there are no bargains here - you get, competitively speaking, what you pay for. This is on the line.

It was dirty ran water through coffee maker no less than 15 times gross stuff just kept coming out they don’t have microwaves or refrigerators and I saw a rat 2 different times or 2 rate Regardless rats really??!! Yuck!! Very disappointed
