Wonderful stay

Check in and out was a breeze. The staff was wonderful - helpful and joyful. The bed was really comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. My husband forgot his fan that helps him sleep - called the front desk and they found a fan for him. Breakfast was not excellent but very good. We were there for a football game at UNC and that was a very convenient location. Definitely would recommend staying here.

I had a nice stay here. Staff were kind, greeted me each time I came by and were helpful when I needed anything. Breakfast was great and the lobby was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Hotel is quite close to Hillsborough and easy to get in and out of. All in all a good experience.

We arrived at the property before the posted check-in time. We had traveled since 4 am with a child who has special needs and thought it would help him to rest a little before dinner. I asked the guy at check in if we could check in early. He said if I signed up for their rewards program, I could check in early, otherwise he would not let us. I pointed out my son with special needs standing behind me and he said sorry, he couldn't help us. In all my years of travel, I have never had a similar experience. I will never return.

We stayed 7 days and during our stay the room was never cleaned. Also the card keys kept malfunctioning every two days. Will not return.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms still feel dated even with the new renovation. Price could have been better. Paid less in the past for much better rooms. It was an ok hotel but would not go out of the way to stay here again. Probably would go to the other local hotel with a better price point. Breakfast was also ok but have had much better in other hotels and paid less.
