Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean but our request for twin beds was ignored 3 times until we eventually had to push to get a new room. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel location is a bit far out. Loved the rooftop bar at night. Didn’t like how the pool closed at 6. 7 would have been a lot better. Pool area was very crowded and hard to get a seat. Lovely spacious reception areas.

I went on a trip with my mom and two small boys. This hotel was great for all of us to relax and unwind. We used the pool everyday we were there, we could walk to dinners, grocery store and beautiful sites. Their breakfast was amazing. The gym was clean and had everything I needed. All the staff were very nice and helpful. We'd definitely stay again!

I was expected a basic business hotel but this place was actually very cool with a great rooftop pool and poolbar area. The rooms were spacious and cozy with large bathrooms. The hotel was well maintained and very clean. The location is a plus to get in and out of Firenze without much trouble and avoiding the ZTL. Helpful note, there's a historic parking garage next door where you can park for 30 euros a day.

We had a good, comfortable stay and a great experience. The hotel is in a great location , very close to the train station and other amenities. Good clean rooms , breakfast with big spread . What puts the experience at higher level is their front desk staff. Front desk staff is very polite , courteous and professionals with customer service mindset and attitude. They made sure we had all the relevant information , maps , addressed our questions with detailed information and friendly smiles. Thank you NH firenze and staff for our great 3 night stay. Would recommend this hotel for its convenience, it was a 15 minute walk to the train station and right along the river. It was also a 15 minute driver from the airport and walkable to all major attractions in Florence. The room itself was pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary but we did enjoy the breakfast buffet in the morning. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was nice knowing there was one available if we needed it. For the price, I think this hotel was worth it.

We really enjoyed the rooftop bar, the convenient location, and the friendly front desk staff. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The toilet ran constantly, and the shower had a broken seal at the bottom of the glass, which caused water to flood the floor—we had to use most of our towels to soak it up. Maintenance did come by and was able to fix the toilet, but the shower issue remained unresolved.

This hotel was perfect! Staff was beyond helpful. We were touring for the first time in Florence for and Emily trip and needed a lot of guidance. They were courteous, professional, patient and friendly. We had 2 rooms and both were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast room had a large selection. It basically was our lunch and then we only needed dinner. Location was quiet and safe. Near the train and a small grocery store. We very much recommend staying here!
